A warming blend of star anise, orange peel, kibbled ginger, cloves, juniperberries, cinnamon quills, orange slices and lemon peel.

Recipe suggestion:
Pour 1 x 75cl bottle of red wine into a large saucepan and add 50g/2 tbsp of granulated sugar (optional). Add 20g/30g of Mulled Wine Spice to the saucepan and stir. Simmer gently over a low heat for 20 minutes. Do not boil. Remove the spices by pouring through a sieve and serve.
