Please note: cheque payments should be payable to 'The Naissance Trading & Innov. Co. Ltd' and sent with details of your order and delivery address to Naissance Trading, Units A-G Cwmgors Business Park, Park Howard Road, Swansea SA18 1PA. Please use our online shopping facility to ensure that the total for your order is correct and that any postage charges, special offers and discounts have been properly applied as we cannot dispatch you goods until we have received and cleared a cheque for the total value of your order. If you supply us with an email address we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order, otherwise please allow for at least 5 working days for receipt and clearance of your cheque before your order is processed.

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage.

Priority Delivery orders are normally delivered within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your order. All Priority Delivery orders are processed with the greatest urgency but these timescales are not a guaranteed. Heavy Priority Delivery orders and Priority Deliveries to NI and UK highlands and islands will usually take an additional 1 working day to deliver.

Non-delivery and Redirection Fees Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that the courier attempted delivery please contact the courier immediately using the details on the calling card. Couriers apply significant fines and redirection fees to items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and to items that are not called for or arranged for redelivery within 5 days of the first attempt to deliver. Any such fines, fees and subsequent redelivery costs will be passed on to you.

Priority Deliveries are not normally made on weekends. If you wish to have your order delivered on a weekend please contact us for a quote.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer Courier Delivery to the Channel Islands.

European Orders
Postage to Europe is calculated by weight. For an accurate quote place your order and proceed to the second page of the checkout where you will be given postage options. As a guide:

European Airmail
Approximately £2.99 for the first 250g and £2.50 per additional 250g.

European Airmail International Signed For
Approximately £6.49 for the first 250g and £2.50 per additional 250g.

Outside Europe
Due to the considerable variation in shipping costs depending on size, weight and destination we do not have a standard charge for shipping outside Europe. If you would like an order sent outside Europe please contact us for a quote.

Non-Deliveries
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
Delivery Schedule We normally dispatch Priority Delivery items within 1 working day of receiving your order and all other orders in 2-4 working days. After this the delivery schedule is as per the terms and conditions of the chosen delivery agent. As an indication:

Royal Mail Second Class - 2-5 working days
Royal Mail First Class - 1-3 working days
Priority Delivery/ Courier - 1 working day (2 working days for NI and UK highlands and islands)

International Airmail 3-12 working days depending on location.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via 3 parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you recieve confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been processed you may return the goods as described in the Returns Policy section of our Terms and Conditions. To cancel or return goods please contact us via any of the methods described in the About Us section of our Terms and Conditions quoting your order number.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and add items to your shopping bag. Then once you're happy with your selection click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken through the checkout to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to send.

Once your order has been received we will send you confirmation. This confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us it is purely to let you know that we have received your order. Once your order has been processed we will send you an invoice which will then constitue a contract. Our website is updated on a regular basis and since we are only human we have included this term to protect us in the the event that any pricing mistakes have been made, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the rare case of a change of price, we will always contact you to let you know and confirm you wish to go ahead before we proceed with the order.

Please note that we have found that some email packages send our confirmation receipts to a junk mail folder and would advise you to check your junk mail folder if you have contacted us or ordered products. Naissance do not send junk mail (aka spam) and will only contact you when you ask us to or when it is necessary as part of a transaction. To mark mail from Naissance as safe and not junk mail, follow the instructions in your email package. This will usually involve right clicking a message from us and from the list of options that appear selecting 'Add Domain/Sender to Safe List'.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices include VAT at the standard rate where applicable.
Credit Card Security To help guarantee your safety and peace of mind Naissance employ specific, up-to-the-minute security, fraud prevention and insurance services to protect our site and our customers. These services are supplied via the Royal Bank of Scotland and the WorldPay service.

Privacy Policy Naissance do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Damaged goods will be replaced with any reasonable return postage costs refunded - proof of posting costs will be required. All our goods are posted insured. Where goods are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs.

Unopened, unused goods returned within 30 days will be refunded. Subject to discretion we may refund any reasonable return postage costs - proof of posting costs will be required. Subject to discretion, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable postage costs from the refund.

Due to the nature of the products we offer we cannot accept returns on opened or otherwise used items unless the return is with regard to a problem with the items.

If you wish to return goods please contact us immediately quoting your order number and where appropriate the reasons for return.

For custom orders, i.e. orders not available via our website but put together on request (usually for large quantities or larger sizes of expensive oils), once an invoice has been issued all these orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled. The restocking fee covers the time and cost of preparing a custom order and ordering in goods to fulfil the order.
