Customer Service Advisor

About us:

We are the largest independent online retailer of natural health and beauty products in Europe. We have our own websites for each country that we sell in and also work with global on-line retailers.

We have a range of over 1200 products, all manufactured and warehoused at our head office in Neath, situated near to the city of Swansea, in South Wales. Our growth over recent years has been double digit, and we are now investing in our facilities and people to ensure we meet our future growth targets.

We like to keep our customers happy and as such fulfil over 4000 orders a day from our distribution centres. Our largest markets are GB, Germany, France, Italy and Spain and we have also recently launched in the US.

The Role;

Delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of our business, and we are developing our team. We are looking for a motivated individual to work as part of the customer service team in both our online and business to business side of the company, fluency in other languages would be a major advantage, and experience in B2B customer service and sales. A knowledge of our products would be beneficial but is not essential as regular training will be provided. 
 
Location:        Head Office, Neath, South Wales, UK
Salary:            Dependant on Experience
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering all customer enquires received via email or telephone, these can range from product information, resolving issues with deliveries and giving practical advice on how to use our products.
  • Maintain records and update customer details
  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Work closely with the translations team in order to maintain and review listings across all platforms related to your language

Experience:
  • Must have worked in a customer facing role and have excellent customer awareness,
  • Excellent communication and writing skills and command of grammar;
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Confident, driven and energetic
  • Eagerness to acquire new knowledge.

Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Online Retail Channel Development Executive
 
Role:
 
Development and management of online retail channels, assisting with integration, new market development and platform optimisation.
 
Research and report on best practices relating to implementation and maintenance of retail channel. To keep knowledge up to date and relevant regarding all activities and potential new opportunities relating to specified channel. Manage and maintain product listings.
 
Liaise with other teams within the commercial department. Help and suggest improvements to visibility and profitability of the company’s products within online retail channel.
 
Experience / Skills:
 
 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Good computer skills
  • Understanding of online retailing
  • Strong listening and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Knowledge of Naissance catalogue would be an advantage
  • Ability to speak another language (DE, FR, IT, ES, other) would be an advantage
